I am a licensed clinical counselor providing structured, trauma-informed therapy and comprehensive clinical evaluations for adults navigating complex trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and substance use concerns. My work emphasizes evidence-based treatment planning tailored to each individual’s clinical needs and long-term goals.

My therapeutic framework integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatment is collaborative, structured, and grounded in measurable progress toward clearly defined clinical outcomes.

I work with adults experiencing complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety and emotional regulation challenges, substance use and recovery concerns, and identity development, including gender-affirming care. Care is individualized and developed in partnership, with clear direction and accountability throughout the process.

I provide comprehensive clinical evaluations for diagnostic clarification, formal treatment recommendations, and documentation for medical, occupational, and legal contexts.

I also bring lived experience in addiction and recovery, which enhances my ability to understand the realities of change and long-term stabilization while maintaining strong clinical boundaries and professional standards.

I specialize in Brief Solution-Focused Treatment and comprehensive Dual Diagnosis evaluations. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with clearly understanding a situation and identifying the most effective path forward.
At Partners in Healing, I focus on helping individuals quickly identify challenges, clarify goals, and implement practical, results-oriented solutions. My work is structured and strengths-based, often supporting clients in achieving meaningful progress within a limited number of sessions.

In addition to brief treatment, I provide integrated mental health and substance use evaluations, offering thorough, objective assessments to guide treatment planning, clinical recommendations, and, when appropriate, legal or court-related needs.

I partner with each client to determine whether brief intervention is sufficient or whether additional supports, such as longer-term therapy or specialized services, would be more beneficial. When needed, I provide seamless referrals to ensure continuity of care.
My work emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and skill-building, empowering individuals to create sustainable change using practical strategies tailored to their strengths.

Clinical Approaches Include:
Mindfulness • Trauma-Informed Care • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) • Motivational Interviewing • Task-Centered Interventions • Anger Management • Seeking Safety • Relapse Prevention • Gender-Affirming Care • Cultural Responsiveness
